Project WILD (K-12)
The classic, tried and true. Project WILD offers a plethora of activities related to wildlife and environment, and can be used in any grade or subject. Available through an in-service or after-hours workshop. Sponsored by the Canadian Wildlife Federation (CWF).

Project WET (K-12)
A recent addition to the line-up, this mega-guide (516 pages and 91 fun activities!) aims to "facilitate and promote awareness, appreciation, knowledge and stewardship of water resources". Teachers are required to take a hands-on workshop.

Project Caribou: An Educator's Guide to the Wild Caribou of North America
Caribou are everywhere in Canada...just have a look at the 25 cent piece in your pocket! This new resource uses caribou to teach ecosystem management and conservation biology approaches. Cooperatively developed by agencies across the North and elsewhere.

Protected Areas: Preserving Our Future

The Department of Environment is actively promoting the "leave no trace" or "LNT" ethic. This guide is full of ideas and activities for sharing LNT with your class. Workshop required.
